Bob: IBIS committee planning on excess funding for further IBIS parser development. Next meeting will be one week away. AR Review: - none Introduction of Radovan Vuletic - Radovan is in charge of IBIS modeling at Qimonda. His customers have many questions about IBIS. He would like to become more familiar with the common issues, to help him support his customers. Roy described his specification document review changes: - Needs a "purpose" section on the front page, ahead of the TOC. - Uses the word "reasonable" in several places. We should be more specific, providing values. Continued review of the IQ spec: - We discussed section 2.1 "File passes IBISCHK" and section 2.2 "Latest [IBIS ver] used". The background of the latter is that the ibischk combined I/V curve checking capability is enabled only for files with [IBIS Ver] of at least 4. But the [IBIS Ver] really should be tied to keywords required to describe a particular part, not checking. We should combine the two sections into a comprehensive description of how to use ibischk. AR: Moshiul combine sections 2.1 and 2.2, fully describe ibischk requirements Next meeting: 12 Dec 2006 11-12 AM EST (8-9 AM PST) Web access: http://meetingplace.cisco.com/join.asp?2102026 Meeting ended at 12:12 PM Eastern Time.
